All graphic files must be built at 125 DPI at the overall graphic layout size.
All graphic files must be created using CMYK mode to ensure the best 4 color process.
Please FLATTEN all images and outline all text to ensure that nothing will shift, drop, or change during the transfer process (unless providing PMS callouts).
If you would like a specific color to be matched, you must provide a Pantone color to ensure matching. When providing PMS callouts, please be sure to send us a layered file so that we can modify them. The first color callout is free, with each additional callout charged $25 each. Read more about color callouts here: PANTONE CALLOUTS
Ensure that all fonts are outlined and images are embedded.
Be aware of Safe Viewable Zones and Guides that may cut your graphic off. Using guidelines during design can keep our margins on your radar to prevent them from being cut.
The "Wrapped Zones" (if your product/template includes them) are visbible, but keep in mind that this portion is wrapping around the sides (or back, as specified in each template) of the display, so use this space wisely.
ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS
We prefer TIF or PDF file types, however, any photoshop or illustrator compatible format will work.
SUGGESTED DESIGN SOFTWARE
Large format art files should be prepared in proper design software, we recommend using Adobe Illustrator, you can open our templates directly into the program and then design over the top. Photoshop and InDesign will work too. If using Photoshop, be sure to match the resolution mentioned on the template when importing into the program, click HERE for more information about designing in Photoshop. For InDesign, you will need to set your canvas size to match the dimensions listed on the template first before importing.
Canva, Microsoft suite and other non-design programs will NOT work for creating large format artwork.
ARTWORK PROOFS
Digital proofs will be provided within 24 hours of artwork submission. An order must be placed with us before submitting artwork for proofs. The purpose of artwork proofs is to ensure the size, content and layout of the artwork. It is the client's responsibility to check for spelling, content, or quality errors, or any otherwise defect in the art, before it is submitted for print by our art department.
*ARTWORK PROOFS MUST BE APPROVED BY 12PM PACIFIC TIME TO BE SENT INTO PRODUCTION THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY*
If proof approval does not meet this deadline, production will roll over to the following business day.
