RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All orders that include printed graphics or custom-build frames are not eligible for return or exchange due to their custom nature.
Items that are non-custom may be returned if in new, unused condition, in original packaging, within 10 days of receipt. Restocking fees may apply.
Returns will ONLY be accepted with an RMA provided by our support team by emailing DisplayOverstock@Backdrop.com. Any package received without an RMA will be refused by our warehouse.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
We take pride in our products and stand behind our quality of work. If you received any of our products with damage or manufacturing errors, let us quickly resolve this for you by submitting a claim.
Claims must be made in writing using the form located in the “Customer Service” section at the bottom of the website, within 3 days of receipt, so please inspect your items as soon as you receive them to ensure everything is as expected!
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Changes to orders, such as shipping address, in-hand date, products, etc., must be made upon or before artwork approval for custom products, or before shipment for stocked items. All order changes are subject to additional charges or refunds when applicable. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before shipment.
Cancellations will only be accepted if the products have not been printed and/or shipped.
Order changes and/or cancellation requests must be made in writing to DisplayOverstock@Backdrop.com.
